Three Month Plan
If you're looking to make a life-long impact on your health, this is the plan for you. For 3 solid months, you will be supported and through a personalized wellness and life-coaching plan that is custom tailored to your goals, body-type, and learning style.
This plan is for people who are ready to make a serious commitment to their health, whether it be weight loss, re-balancing the root causes of dis-ease, forming positive structures, or just stepping into the next phase of life with vitality, resilience, and strength.
The program includes unlimited email and text support if any questions along the way. It’s very important to me that you feel fully supported during the whole program.

- Understanding what foods are best foods for you, and what foods to avoid.
- Removing toxicity, and replacing deficiencies in the body.
- Cultivating positive routines and structures for health & longevity.
- Bio-individualized supplementation.
- Tools and practices for stress reduction.
- Developing intuition and self-awareness.
- Breathwork and meditation
Month 1:
- 1 hour video call
- Health history intake review
- Education on how you got here and how to heal
- Lab test recommendations (if applicable)
- Initial recommendations for nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle.
- Creation of your Personalized Wellness Plan.
Month 2:
- 1 hour video call
- Review of your at-home lab test results (if applicable)
- Explanation of results including any root cause imbalances
- Any needed updates to your Personalized Wellness Plan.
Month 3:
- 45 minute follow up video call
- Any needed updates needed to your Personal Wellness Plan
- Next steps for continuing progress.
